David Maybury began his banking career in Australia and joined Yorkshire Bank on returning to the UK in 1993. David was Head of Corporate Banking before taking up his current role of Regional Director of the Specialist & Acquisition Finance team based in Leeds.
The team is a mix of corporate finance and accountancy professionals. Their recent deals have included the MBO of £100 million turnover timber company Arnold Laver Ltd, the private equity backed buy-outs of £44 million turnover food company Symington's Ltd and £34 million turnover engineering company ESS Steels Holdings Ltd.
