Register for Internet Banking

As you’re already registered for Telephone Banking, you’re half way there already!

Step 1 - start Internet Banking registration

First, please have the following information to hand:

• Your account details - sort code and account number
• Your Customer Number
• Your 4 digit Access Code number

Next, click on the following link to enter your information.  Once you’ve done this, we’ll send you an Internet Banking welcome letter in the post, containing a One Time Password.  When it arrives, come back to this page to complete your Internet Banking registration.

Step 2 - complete Internet Banking registration

Once you’ve received your One Time Password in the post, check that you have the following information to hand:

• Your account details - sort code and account number
• Your Customer Number
• Your 4 digit Access Code number
• The welcome letter containing your One Time Password

Then click the following link to complete your Internet Banking registration.  You’ll be able to use the service straight away.
