Register for Internet Banking

Once you’ve received your One Time Password in the post, check that you have the following information to hand:

• Your account details - sort code and account number
• Your Customer Number
• Your 4 digit Access Code number
• The welcome letter containing your One Time Password

Then click the following link to register now for Internet Banking.  You’ll be able to use the service straight away.

Help with registration
If you need help, you can check back to this page – the screens below walk you through the registration process and explain everything in detail.

• Your customer number is a ten digit number beginning with '10', which will be detailed in your Internet Banking welcome letter.
• Your current Telephone Banking Access Code is the 4 digit number of your own choice which you registered over the telephone.
• Your Sort Code must be entered in 6 digit format, please do not enter spaces or dashes eg. 822000
• Your Account Number is the account you have registered for Internet Banking.
• Your Email Address is an optional field.

Once complete, click the ‘Next’ button.

• Enter your One Time Password - the password is located under the peel back section of your Internet Banking welcome letter.
• I have read and accept the Terms & Conditions - click on the check box to confirm you accept the Terms & Conditions.

Once complete, click the ‘Next’ button.

• Enter your new Password - select your own unique password which must be between 6 and 16 characters in length and must be a mixture of numbers and letters. For added security you can also select a mixture of lower or upper case letters.
• Please confirm your new Password - re type your new password.

Once complete, click the ‘Next’ button.

• Your Mobile Telephone number - this field is optional.
• How did you hear about our Internet Banking service? - choose an option from the menu.
• If other, please give details - additional information can be entered in this field.

Once complete, click the ‘Next’ button.

• Select THREE security questions from the options above by clicking on the check boxes.
• Security Questions - Type your answer to each question in the corresponding field on the right hand side (your answers are case sensitive).
• Confirm - Type your answer again to confirm.

Once complete, click the ‘Next’ button.

 
Congratulations! You have completed the Registration process. You are now ready to log into Internet Banking.  See top right hand corner on the website for the link to Login).
